Welcome to Thriving Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services, including individual and organizational coaching engagements.
By using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
We provide professional coaching, leadership development, and consulting services to individuals and organizations.
Coaching is a non-directive, developmental process that supports reflection, awareness, and decision-making. It does not constitute consulting, therapy, or advisory services.
2. Multi-Stakeholder Engagements
For organizational clients, services may involve multiple stakeholders, including:
- The Client (coachee)
- The Sponsor (organization / employer)
- The Coach
We maintain a balance between:
- Confidentiality of the Client, and
- Transparency of engagement progress at a non-confidential level
Specific reporting arrangements will be defined in separate agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use services in good faith and for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Take full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes
4. Confidentiality & Data Use
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality of coaching conversations.
- Individual session content remains confidential
- Aggregated or non-identifiable insights may be shared with organizational sponsors where applicable
- Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy
5. No Professional Advice
Our services do not replace:
- Medical or psychological care
- Legal or financial advice
You should seek licensed professionals where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, tools, and materials remain the intellectual property of Thriving Consulting.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Fees & Payment
- Fees are defined in individual or organizational agreements
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to revise pricing
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee outcomes
- We are not liable for decisions made by clients
- Total liability is limited to fees paid for services
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
- Terms are violated
- The engagement is no longer effective or appropriate
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

- 对自身决策与结果承担全部责任
4. 保密与数据使用
- 单次教练对话内容严格保密
- 在企业合作中，可能提供去标识化或汇总性反馈
- 数据处理遵循隐私政策
5. 非专业建议声明
本服务不替代：
- 医疗或心理治疗
- 法律或财务建议
如有需要，请咨询相关持牌专业人士。
6. 知识产权
所有方法论、工具与内容均归 Thriving Consulting 所有，未经许可不得使用或传播。
7. 费用与支付
- 费用以具体合同为准
- 除非另有说明，费用不予退还
8. 责任限制
在法律允许范围内：
- 不保证结果
- 不对客户决策负责
- 责任上限为已支付费用
9. 服务终止
如出现违反条款或合作不再适配的情况，我们有权终止服务。
10. 法律适用
适用法律：加拿大安大略省法律。
