Parties:

1. Purpose & Objectives

This engagement supports:

  • Leadership capability development
  • Decision-making effectiveness
  • Behavioral and mindset shifts

Success indicators may include:

  • Increased leadership effectiveness
  • Improved stakeholder influence
  • Enhanced clarity and execution

(No guarantee of measurable outcomes)


2. Engagement Design

3. Three-Way Contracting Model

4. Confidentiality Framework

  • No performance evaluation or judgment reports
  • Coaching is developmental, not evaluative

6. Data & Compliance

Data handled per:

  • PIPEDA
  • Organizational agreements

Anonymized insights may support program evaluation.


7. Fees & Commercial Terms

Defined in proposal.
Invoices payable within [X days].


8. Scheduling & Cancellation

24-hour notice required for 1o1 conversations.
Team Coaching and Facilitation please refer to the proposal.


9. Independence & Non-Dependency

The coaching process is designed to:

  • Strengthen independent thinking
  • Avoid dependency on the Coach

10. Limitation of Liability

  • No guaranteed outcomes
  • Liability capped at fees paid

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice.

3. 三方合作模型(Three-Way Contracting Model)

客户(Client)对自身成长与行动负责
教练(Coach)引导思考与觉察
委托方(Sponsor)提供支持与发展环境

4. 保密机制(Confidentiality Framework)

  • 教练会谈内容严格保密
  • 委托方仅获得非保密层面的进展信息
  • 未经客户同意,不披露个人具体内容

5. 汇报与KPI边界(Reporting & KPI Boundaries)

  • 汇报聚焦于趋势、主题与整体进展
  • 不提供绩效评估或判断性报告
  • 教练服务为发展性支持,而非评估工具

6. 数据与合规(Data & Compliance)

数据处理遵循:

  • 加拿大《个人信息保护与电子文件法》(PIPEDA)
  • 以及相关企业协议

匿名化数据可能用于项目评估与优化。


7. 费用与商业条款(Fees & Commercial Terms)

  • 费用以正式提案或合同为准
  • 发票需在 [X 天] 内支付
  • 除非另有约定,费用不予退还

8. 时间安排与取消政策(Scheduling & Cancellation)

  • 所有会谈需提前预约
  • 需至少提前 24小时 通知取消或改期
  • 未提前通知的取消,可能按单次费用计费

9. 独立性与非依赖原则(Independence & Non-Dependency)

本教练关系旨在:

  • 强化客户的独立思考与决策能力
  • 不建立对教练的依赖关系

10. 责任限制(Limitation of Liability)

在法律允许范围内:

  • 教练不对客户决策及其后果承担责任
  • 不保证具体结果
  • 责任上限为客户已支付费用

11. 终止条款(Termination)

任一方可在合理通知后终止本协议。

在以下情况下,教练方有权终止服务:

  • 合作关系不再适配
  • 条款被违反
